We suggest medium-firm to soft mattresses that are friendly to bulging body parts such as shoulders, pelvis, and knees – while taking your preferences into account and choosing the softness according to your body's needs.
Do you sleep on your side?
A memory foam mattress is suitable for you, because it perfectly adapts to your shape, position, and weight,
and at the same time, it prevents pressure and strain on the body.
Choose a medium-firm mattress to keep your shoulders and hips in a good position and your spine to stay in a
naturally straight position. Sleeping on your side has some advantages – it positively affects circulation, lessens the pressure on the lungs and is one of the most common and also the healthiest sleeping positions.
Do you sleep on your stomach?
When sleeping on your stomach, the spine twists if you chose the wrong mattress. This does not have a good effect on your body, as it is not in a natural situation. We suggest mattresses of medium firmness and the use of pillows for additional support.
